Thank you for your interest in Jet FlossTM oral irrigators. To ensure a smooth return process, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for demonstrably faulty Jet FlossTM oral irrigators.
Conditions for Return
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice).
- The irrigator must be demonstrably faulty. Please include a detailed explanation of the fault you are experiencing.
- We reserve the right to offer a replacement product or a store credit instead of a full refund.
Testing and Processing
- Upon receipt of the returned irrigator, we will conduct a thorough inspection to assess the legitimacy of the claim.
- This process may take up to (7 business days from receipt of the product) to complete.
- We will notify you of the outcome (replacement, credit, or rejection) once the inspection is complete.
Please Note: We are unable to accept returns for
- Change of mind
- Items not in original packaging
- Items with missing parts
- Faults caused by misuse or improper care
